Happy New Year! Bears Win!

 


The weather here has been crazy.  We'll go from single digits, to the fifties, and then back down to 30 degrees all in a week.  My sisters have had way to much fun having me in town and have gotten really good at finding ways to have me dressed without my parents finding out.  Jenna is much more vulnerable than I am and I can really see just how far he's been taken.  With the new year, my big resolution is to figure out how I can graduate in 4 years + 1 semester.  I would be fine with graduating at this time next year.  By the way, check out my legs and guess who has had to go to a tanning salon.  I hope you all are doing well and I will be writing more.

    Even without finding out, your parents must have some sort of reaction to your look these days. And your limited boy wardrobe. Does your Mom keep buying you boy clothes for Christmas or just because "she thought it would look good on you"? You are looking so happy and stylish in the picture.
    I took an extra semester to graduate. Turned out I was 1 credit short after 4 years. I transferred my Sophomore year and they had to translate quarters to semesters and with a mix-up,, I didn't realize I didn't have enough credits. It's not all that bad but it was a bit of a bother to graduate mid-year. Companies weren't as ramped up to hire graduates at that time. Ended up staying around town for a half year before things picked up. It may be worth it to start grad school for a masters, even if you only stay one semester. Your resume doesn't show an awkward gap.
    Have fun at the tanning salon. Maybe take a bathing suit picture so we can see the whole effect.

      Thanks, my parents thing that I'm trying to impress the girls by neatening my appearance. It helps that I already had long hair and my sisters have covered for me.

This is Going to Be a Problem

  So, we're back on campus and it's freezing.  Classes start Thursday in DuPont's weird way of doing things where they like to do half-weeks.  However, I got a new ID thanks to a friend of Becs who works in the registrar's department. Now, Is till have my Kevin ID, but I think this is part of the plan the girls have for my internship.  This isn't good. I don't even know if I'll be attending that class as Kevin or Kayla.  It's freezing her and wearing skirts isn't helping.

Mia's Summer Doll

  Here's a new picture of me in my room and an old pic from my redhead days courtesy of Kat.  I really have had a bit more time to post, but I really needed to recharge.  One thing I should talk about is the dress code at work.  I think the girls got a bit carried away.  I got a lot of corporate clothes, but the dress code is weird in the office because it's fashion.  As a result, this is a picture to show the girls what I was wearing to work.  That dress is really short for 9-5 and those tights also probably wouldn't be really appropriate.
