In what's definitely the most embarrassing picture I've taken yet, that is my mom's wedding dress I'm wearing. I hope you're happy girls. I couldn't get it buttoned up completely in the back, but I don't think you can tell from the front. I really thought my mom would have preserved the dress better, but it's definitely wrinkled. The other picture is one of those dresses that Kim couldn't wear out of the house. Mia had challenged me to wear one. Now, I'm off to go window shopping. I think I have enough decent dresses in our basement that I at least don't have to buy anymore.
Embarrassing? You bet. What a big step. But not just embarrasment. There's so much symbolism here. How did Becs ever talk you into it, off on your own? You're theirs, I don't think you can really see how you could turn down their commands for any outfit. This lingerie party is sure shaping up to be quite an event. I wonder who all will be there?
ReplyDeleteAHA! I'm loving the "banned by mom" outfit! (mine was made by a company in Arizona and it had yuma written on it...it was white, hot pink and neon green...half top, pencil skirt etc -- pretty sure my mom set it on fire.) But what a lovely blushing bride!
